Good News!!! The Japanese courts have ruled that sales of used game software is legal. Those of you who don't remember this issue might want to read here for some legal background. Looks like the software companies now have even greater motivation to make good products which people don't want to return the day after they buy em.
Dead of The Brain 1 & 2 Many of you know by now that a new game for the PC Engine will be released next week. Some sites have advertised that I am accepting bookings for this game. The game will be in VERY limited release and while I have booked an order, I do not yet know how many I will be recieving so the best I can do for anyone at this point is put them on a waiting list. I strongly suspect that used copies will turn up relatively soon after the game goes on sale, but it could be a situation like Black Matrix where used copies sold for more than the new ones did. Time will tell.

No updates in a while and darn poor communication on my part. There is a good reason. I am going through some changes in my professional life and that is taking up alot of my time and attention. Sorry for any delays this causes anyone.

Time flies pretty darn quick! Regular readers will notice that the site has been alive again for about a year. Alive again means I used to run this site from New York, but it was really different so perhaps a better way to say it is we are one year old now! It's been quite a year with the release of the Dreamcast, Gameboy Color, Neo Geo Pocket, Wonderswan, the announcement of the PSX2, release of FF VII, Zelda 64, Metal Gear Solid and who knows how many games. It's a good time to be a gamer, no matter where in the world you are located.
The current state of the nation (Japan that is) is great for Sony, but not so great for Sega. This week's Famitsu reported that Dreamcast software made up for about 1% of software slaes for the reporting period.
