I wish I owned this.  These pictures were taken with permission from one of these units which was on ebay. Besides being a CD/Radio/Cassette player, this unit could also play Mega Drive carts and CDs as well as having a karaoke function.
Appearantly the Mega Drive portion of the unit was physically seperate from the radio body.
This picture shows the jumper cable on the rear of the unit which connects the radio to the Mega Drive portion of the unit
Since the cartrigde slot is on the front, using a 32X is not very convenient.  I'll bet this does not actually work since the video jumper cable for the 32X was only a few inches long.
